Keith C. Smith
(Founder, Chairman of the Board, President)

After graduating high school as
a National Honor Society student, Mr. Smith attended Purdue
University in the study of Electrical Engineering.
Throughout
his tenure with Eastman Kodak and Danka Office Imaging, he accumulated over twenty years experience with the internal workings of
large corporate infrastructure. Additionally Mr. Smith was the
co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of a private New York
corporation that distributed Pre-Paid Phone Cards Nationwide. He has also developed a solid background in Information
Technology as his career began with some of the earliest
microprocessors and carried him through the growth of the computing
industry.
As the Founder of AmeriTalks®, President and Chairman of the
Board, Mr. Smith brings vision and organization, a strong knowledge
of technology, and a constant
awareness of maintaining corporate operational efficiencies to the corporate
executive team.
Mr.
Phillip L. Williams
(Director, Chief Information Officer)

more efficiently we disseminate information through the latest
technology the closer we can get to tearing down the walls of
ignorance.”
Mr.
Williams attended Cleveland State University in the study of
Computer Information Sciences where he also was an instructor for
the continuing education department.
He has over a decade of experience with computer technology,
including point of sales (POS) systems, Midrange and PC Servers, LAN
and WAN network infrastructure as well as
PBX systems. His experience spans the spectrum from small to
multi-billion dollar multinational corporations.
Well versed in
programming in three internet languages and managing internet web
servers, Mr. Williams had been the owner of a privately held Ohio
base web hosting company for the 4 years prior to joining AmeriTalks®.
As CIO, Mr. Williams brings a vast
understanding of the technology landscape and a thorough vision of
the technical direction AmeriTalks® needs to take to achieve a solid
foothold in tomorrows computing, communications and information
technology infrastructure.
Mr.
Don Ferro
(Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing)
“Give
enough people what they want – and you’ll get what you want”
Mr.
Ferro attended Siena College on a full academic scholarship where he
majored in mathematics with a concentration in statistical analysis
and a minor in business.
Directly
from college, Don took an entrance level position with Mercury
Records of NYC, where he, in just 5 years, rose to Manager of New
Product Development. After
his tenure in the music industry, he moved to television production,
where along with his business partner, owned and operated Top Shelf
Television Productions (NYC), a company that quickly became a major
player in the production of infomercials.
His
now 30 year career has included the launch of several extremely
successful marketing campaigns, including Skypix (out of NYC) and
Unlimited Telecom, a division of IBEX Telecom (NYC) where he
functioned as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
As
Vice President of Sales and Marketing for AmeriTalks®, Mr. Ferro
brings over 30 years of marketing, advertising, and sales training
experience, and a very special talent for data analysis.
He is always watching for trends and shifts in the market
place so as to always keep the company in a strategically
advantageous marketing position.
Mr.
Michael
Mavrides
(Senior Vice President of Field Operations)

hi-tech and hi-touch fully embrace each other, the
result is high profits”
Mr.
Mavrides, educated at Albany Business College, has over 30 years of
experience in direct sales organizations, specializing in recruiting
and training enormous numbers of field agents en mass.
His first success, as Marketing Director for National Safety
Associates brought national attention to his unique recruiting and
training abilities and was immediately followed by his participation
in the launch of NCN, the original customer acquisition program for
Sprint.
Success
came again for Mr. Mavrides in the late 80’s when he
directed the national launch of SkyPix,USA, a direct sales
organization that introduced the first mini-dish T.V. and was
ultimately acquired. In
the early 90’s, he was once again called on to launch the national
field operation for Sports Direct.com and remained there until 1999,
when he accepted the position of V.P. of Field Operations for IBEX
Telecom, a “switch-based” company specializing in international
telecom traffic and domestic flat rate telecom services.
As
V.P. of Field Operations, he brings the invaluable wisdom of 30
years of understanding the relationship between the “Company”
and the “Field,” a most delicate and vital relationship.
His constant theme of “when hi-tech and hi-touch fully
embrace each other, the result is high profits for all”
keeps the team focused on one clear goal... more happy customers,
agents, and shareholders.
